I admit that I'm not a huge fan of the taste of fondant. It doesn't even taste sweet! However, it makes beautiful cakes. I've never used it myself, but I hope to in the future. I went to a birthday party this weekend and there were two wonderful cakes; one Batman, one Superman. Oh, but there was fondant! Luckily there is frosting underneath! BUT her fondant actually tasted good! She makes marshmallow fondant. Its not super marshmallow-y sweet, but much more than bland! I was impressed and inspired to do my next Kitchen Tips Tuesday on Marshmallow Fondant.
